Nice end to a dry season
Struck out again hunting this year; lots of unfilled tags! Licenses in three states (VT small game, NY big game rifle, CT small game and deer). Was getting a little bummed out until Bearded_Bowhunter21 dropped off all the venison I could hold. He had a great season and is sharing with friends...awesome! It really works in with my efforts to stay off meat except hunted or locally farm raised. Naturally the loins went first. Many thanks!!! Now we’ll see what comes his way....

Opening day of Squirrel season, Dad’s 69A with Springfield sling and Bushnell scope... that would have made him happy.
Got invited out sailing on the Sound on a 33 footer with hockey friends
